My artwork aims to explore the human experience through a queer lens. Although LGBTQ+ right are currently the best they have been, it seems that bigotry is still very prevalent in today's society. There are so many negative aspects of the queer experience that I am inspired by such as general hatred and cultural norms. At the same time I'm also heavily inspired by the more beautiful aspects of queer identity such as human resilience and the beauty of love itself.I represent these ideas through Art forms I have the most experience in 2D art such as painting and drawing as well as 3D art forms such as sculpture.
